Waiting

I had a job interview a week and a half or so ago now and I’m still anxiously waiting.  It would really be perfect for me (the place, the work, the flexibility in scheduling, the people)  and it seemed to go well, so I’m hoping…   I know they’re checking references.  That means as long as my references don’t secretly hate me, I should get it, right?

Ron’s schedule is changing soon to something a little better than we originally thought. I won’t feel like a single parent anymore.

RCS (what we used to call dayhab) has started up again and the girl we have is awesome and her availability matches perfectly with the job I hope I’m getting.

I’m putting together a “things to do” calendar, joined some Meetup groups, sent an online  application to volunteer at the Ronald Mcdonald House, and am planning to get a family Y membership soon.

I really  need to do some things.
