Workouts: 3x/week
Started Diet: Substituted FiberOne brownies for the nightly cookies

May:
Cut out the Fiberone brownies and milk
Relaxed IF most days 5 hr window
Switched to sugar free coffee creamer
No breakfast
No night time snacks
Occasional small desert/snack right after dinner/occasional work treat

June:
Still sugar free creamer, diet soda, water
Cut down on cheese, no yogurt, rare milk
Very rare bread, rice, potato, pasta
Still no nighttime snacks
Occasional breakfast (weekend eggs bacon)
Lunch chicken salad or tuna, cuke or celery
Meat/veg or Lean cuisine meal dinner
Occasional piece chocolate
Lunch/dnner out -no appetizer, fit menu, simple 6 inch sub, baked lays, grilled nuggets and salad light dressing, hashbrown instead of fries
Very small serving dessert or chips in eating window. Log everything.
